Triloq offers solutions for both new and existing processes. These solutions will be derived using various project methodologies as applicable case by case.

For new processes, Triloq will incorporate a typical project initialization methodology incorporating project conceptualization, design, HAZOP, HACCP, commercial functions, project management and project close-out will be used.

For existing processes, the client’s requirements, process evaluation, problem identification using Six Sigma methodology tools, technology/equipment assessment and validation, re-calculation of process parameters, process optimization and technology integration will be used to meet improved process performance.
