Water Treatment
Triloq will provide solutions from design to commissioned plants for the treatment of river, borehole and effluent water to water standards as required for a client’s process. A combination of technologies will be used to achieve the require water standard and the process units used will range from pre-treatment, filtration, reverse osmosis, polishing and disinfection. The water treatment plant will also require the addition of certain chemicals such as flocculants, pH control and CIP. These are usually supplied as stand-alone skid units.
Depending on the client’s capacity and quality requirements, the treatment plant may comprise of skid units, containerized units or on-site installation processing plant. The water treatment plant can be designed as fully-automated or semi-automated.
Waste Water & Effluent Treatment
Process plant effluent is typically contaminated and may need to be treated prior to discharge or may need to be treated for re-used in other parts of the plant. The technology used for treatment will depend on the contaminants or waste constituents present. Here solid/liquid or liquid/liquid separation technology, bio-digesters, filters, zero liquid discharge technology and typical water treatment process units would be used.
Apart from the water recovered for re-use, the waste will also be evaluated for its value to be used in other processes in-house or in a third party’s process.

Cavitation device for water and wastewater treatment
Triloq has signed the rights from Vivira Process Technologies to promote a new device which can be used in various industrial processes to aid in water and wastewater/effluent treatment. A trial skid is being built to demonstrate the device’s effectiveness, and will be used when conducting site trials.
